Warm, Supportive Psychotherapy in South West London and Online

Helping adults of all ages navigate life’s challenges, heal emotional wounds and build a more peaceful, fulfilling life – with compassion, care and deep respect for your unique journey.

Welcome – I’m Serena, an integrative psychotherapist based in South West London, offering a warm, compassionate space for adults of all ages, including those in later life. Being fluent in English and Italian, I can support clients in either language.

Healing through Connection, Growth and Inner Peace

I believe it is never too late to improve your life, heal emotional wounds, or cultivate a more peaceful and meaningful state of mind.

My approach is grounded in openness, acceptance, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Drawing from a range of therapeutic models, I tailor the work to suit your individual needs, whether facing life transitions, emotional distress, or seeking a greater understanding and fulfilment. I am here to walk alongside with you – with empathy and care – as you move towards a greater self–awareness, inner balance, and a more authentic sense of self. Wherever you are in life, change and growth are always possible.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychological Sciences and have completed additional training in Integrative Psychotherapy, focusing on Psychodynamic approach as well as Person Centred and Gestalt. I am a registered member of the National Counseling and Psychotherapy Association (NCPS) and regularly take part in professional development workshops to ensure the highest standards of care.

My Approach to Therapy

I offer a chance to reflect on the difficulties or problems you are experiencing in a safe and confidential environment, with someone from outside your day-to-day life.

Together we can explore your situation in a way that leads to fresh perspectives – and perhaps a new understanding of yourself. Therapy isn’t about giving you solutions or advice, but empowering you to make your own changes.

I work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, coming to me with a diverse range of problems. As a fully-qualified therapist I am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society’s (NCPS), and abide by their code of ethics.

My location

I am based in South West London, where I offer a safe, welcoming space for in-person psychotherapy sessions.

I also provide online therapy via Zoom, making support accessible to those who prefer to work remotely. Whether you choose to meet in person or online, I aim to create a consistent, compassionate space tailored to your needs.

Fees & availability

Sessions for individuals last 55 minutes, usually taking place on a weekly basis, and cost £110 per session. During the first session, an assessment is conducted to determine the best way to support clients. If you feel ready to take the next step, I invite you to get in touch and arrange your first session.

Note that if you want to cancel an appointment I require 48 hours’ notice; otherwise you will still need to pay for any sessions missed.
